Making the most of our time together

It's hard to accomplish much in just one session. As such, sessions are available in packages of 3. Before starting our work together, you'll fill out an intake form and schedule a free consultation so we can get right to work in our first session.

Somatic Parts Work Sessions Include: 

  • Education on Somatic Internal Family Systems model that we use to navigate parts work
  • Practices designed to attune you to the experience of your body so you can tend to your body's needs, be more present, curb dissociative tendencies, and gain awareness of your patterns and reactions.
  • Nervous system training for navigating pain and discomfort (physical or emotional) without becoming overwhelmed
  • A step-by-step method for releasing shame and self-criticism and connecting to self-compassion
  • Gentle patience: You will never be pressured to share anything until/unless you are ready to. Sessions are guided by your consent and comfort.
  • Guided meditations to soothe the nervous system and build awareness of body, mind, and emotions
  • Post-session reflections so you can continue parts work on your own between sessions

  • Step-by-step guidance for replacing patterns like people pleasing and self sacrifice with strong boundary-setting and self care
  • Therapy preparation so your work with your therapist can be more effective (if working with a therapist or planning to)
